FORMAL NOTICE OF OBJECTION TO PROPOSED REPAYMENT SCHEDULE
I. OBJECTION TO UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION
On behalf of Mr. Keanu Reeves, we hereby issue formal objection to the revised payment proposal submitted by Ms. Alexandra Grant’s legal team, which redefines the previously agreed-upon full payment due in August 2025 into a phased or structured payment schedule.
It is our position that the original contract, acknowledged and referenced under prior court communication, clearly stated that payment in full was due by or before August 25, 2025. The restructuring now proposed, without mutual written agreement or judicial approval, constitutes a material breach of the initial repayment terms.

II. DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE COMPLIANCE OR LEGAL ACTION
Our client, Mr. Keanu Reeves, will not accept the delay or alteration. Therefore, Ms. Alexandra Grant is hereby given a final notice of compliance:
Full payment of the $12,000,000.00 owed must be received no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this notice – August 19, 2025.
Failure to comply will result in immediate civil litigation and pursuit of compensatory and punitive damages, including legal fees already incurred by Mr. Reeves in enforcing the original agreement.

III. CONTRACTUAL ENFORCEMENT & IRS INVOLVEMENT
This repayment contract was filed in connection with federal financial matters involving the IRS. All communications and breaches may be shared with IRS Counsel and enforcement divisions as supporting documentation for collection and review.
